Why This
Industry
& Lower Mainland
The job is to be the recognisable option before the emergency, and the credible one during it.
Most plumbing marketing is a logo on a van and a hope. When a pipe bursts at 11pm, people search, scan three results, and call whoever looks most legitimate. That decision takes seconds and it is almost entirely visual.
The Plays
& paid media
Trust before the call
Short films of your crew doing real work. Faces, vans, uniforms, finished jobs. People let plumbers into their homes; showing who turns up removes the biggest hesitation.
Emergency-intent ads
Paid search and social aimed at burst pipe, no hot water, blocked drain. High intent, high urgency, and the creative has to load fast and look competent.
Before and after
Nothing sells a trade like a repair shown properly. Same frame, two states, no narration needed.
Review and referral engine
Turning finished jobs into content that earns reviews, and turning reviews into ads.
Before You
Ask
What does this actually cost, and what do we get?
Two line items: production and media. Production is a fixed project fee agreed before we shoot, so there is no meter running. Media is your ad spend, which goes to the platforms, not to us; we charge a flat monthly fee to manage it rather than a percentage, so we have no incentive to talk you into spending more. You get the raw footage and the final files, and you own all of it outright.
How do we know it is working and not just spending?
You get a dashboard from week one showing spend, calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job. The number we manage to is cost per booked job, not impressions or views, because impressions do not pay for a van. If cost per job is climbing and we cannot bring it back down, we will tell you on the monthly call rather than let it drift.
We tried an agency before and it did not work. What is different?
Usually one of two things went wrong: they ran ads with creative you supplied and blamed the creative, or they made a nice video and handed it over with no way to put it in front of anyone. We do both halves, so when something underperforms there is nobody to point at. If the hook is wrong we recut it; if the targeting is wrong we change it.
Do you handle Google as well as social?
Yes, and most plumbing accounts need both. A burst pipe at 11pm is a search problem, so that budget goes to Google where the intent already exists. Choosing who to call for a planned repipe next month is a trust problem, and that is where the video does the work. Splitting the two is most of the job.
Do you work with single-van operations?
Yes, but honestly: the economics work best once you have a crew and can absorb the call volume. If demand outruns your ability to answer the phone, the campaign turns into missed calls and bad reviews. If you are a single van we will usually suggest starting with a smaller content-only engagement until the capacity is there.
What happens if we want to stop?
Month to month after the production is delivered, with 30 days notice. You keep the footage, the edits, and the ad accounts, which stay in your name from day one. We have seen too many operators discover their agency owned the ad account when they tried to leave.

Tell us what you are running now and what it is costing you. If we cannot see a path to beating it, we will say so on the first call.
