Why This
Industry
& Lower Mainland
Document the build, not just the reveal. Process footage is what separates a builder who looks capable from one who looks like a stock photo.
Construction sells on trust and proof, but most companies have neither documented. The project completes, the crew leaves, and the only record is a handful of phone photos taken in bad light. Meanwhile the next client is choosing between you and three others on the strength of a website gallery.
The Plays
& paid media
Build documentaries
Following a project from site to finish. The single strongest asset a builder can own, and almost nobody commissions one.
The reveal film
Properly shot walkthroughs of finished work. Cinema lenses, controlled light, the way architecture is meant to be filmed.
Trade credibility
Crews, equipment, method. Commercial and developer clients buy competence, and competence has to be shown.
Targeted paid
Reaching homeowners planning renovations and developers planning projects. Long cycles, high ticket, worth the patience.
Before You
Ask
Can you film on an active site?
Yes. We carry our own liability insurance, provide certificates before we arrive, and follow your site safety requirements and orientation like any other trade on site. We plan shoots around the sequence rather than asking the crew to stop, because a day lost to a film crew costs more than the film is worth.
Our projects take a year. How does that work?
We schedule shoot days at the milestones that actually read on camera, then use them twice: short-form content released through the build so you are visible for twelve months instead of one, and a full project film at completion. Most builders discover the in-progress content outperforms the finished film, because the work is more interesting than the reveal.
What does this actually cost, and what do we get?
Production is a fixed project fee agreed before we start, with the shoot days scoped up front so a long build does not become an open-ended invoice. Media is separate and goes to the platforms; we charge a flat management fee, not a percentage of spend. Footage and final files are yours, which matters in construction because that library becomes your credentials for the next decade.
How does this actually win us work?
It shortens the trust gap. Someone spending seven figures on a custom build is not deciding from a photo gallery; they are deciding whether you are the outfit that will still be answering the phone in month nine. Film that shows how your crew works, how you handle problems, and what the client says afterwards does that before the first meeting, so you arrive at the table already credible.
Do you work with developers as well as custom builders?
Yes. Developer work leans toward presale, marketing suite content and investor material, which is a different brief with the same craft. Custom builders are usually selling process and trust; developers are usually selling a place that does not exist yet.
What happens if we want to stop?
Month to month on the media side after delivery, 30 days notice. Production is scoped per project, so there is no rolling commitment. The ad accounts are in your name from day one.
